Julia Ref 2015

I gave her a bit of an update, my art skills are a bit better so I feel her design she change a bit. 



Changes:
No purple under fur
Inner ear is white
Nose is white
New nail color (Can change on season or Holidays) 
Dots under eyes are stars and new color
Only one gage (Both ears)
Snake bites are green (Can be any color)
Eyes can have two tone pupil or normal black. (Eyes will always be blue) 
Longer hair
Tail, leg and body markings.
Only has arm bands in anthro form 
Toes white
paw pads one color



Just about the only thing that is the same is the tongue
